Robovalve Spare Parts
Type 2035: RV110
The table below provides the most common spare parts required for the Type 2035 RV110 Robovalve actuator. PAW maintains a large inventory of diaphragms, sensors and cables for all your requirements.- Actuator size: Select either single or double actuators. A third option includes an actuator type with an anti-rotational "Guide-Pin" located in the plunger. This guide pin insures alignment of the sensor is maintained in situations where aggressive SIP, vacuum, and/or vibration exists.
- All original components: We only use genuine factory components from Burkert
If your are unsure of your diaphragm material, or need to find an alternative diaphragm material, then please review the specifications tab below. The specifications tab provides a list of all the available rubber types and their typical properties.

Diaphragm Materials
| EPDM | Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer rubber, use for general service | PFA/EPDM | A layer of PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) chemically bonded to EPDM, PFA has similar properties to that of PTFE. Use for CIP/SIP applications where longer service life over EPDM is required. | PTFE/EPDM | A discrete layer of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) placed on top of the standard EPDM diaphrgam. Use as an alternative to PFA in more agressive applications of SIP/CIP. | EPDM/Kevlar | A layer of kevlar mesh is overmolded inside the EPDM rubber diaphragm. This gives the diaphragm extended service life in high-cycling and/or applications that could experience vacuum service. | PFR-91 | A high fluorine content fluoroelastomer that is resistant to almost all chemicals including organic and inorganic acids, solvents, diluted alkalis, ketones, esters, alcohols, fuels, and hot water. PFR-91 withstands high temperatures very well. |
