Unit Operations

The Fed-Batch process platform, especially for monoclonal antibodies, is relatively well established. However, the platform can be improved in a number of ways, for example: intensification, reduction in size/footprint, faster processing, flexible response to changing on-line conditions. The ATF™ System can be used to achieve many of these, and other, improvements. In addition, the ATF System may improve other unit operations in your facility.

For some unit operations, such as precipitation, the ATF System works purely as an efficient filtration device. In others, such as concentrated fed-batch, the ATF System itself is the key to driving up productivity through a more intense process procedure.
