Type 2103 : Diaphragm Valve
Continuous : Zero Dead Volume
Type 2103 valve bodies are forged from 316L stainless steel and are tri-certified to ASTM A-182 S-9, DIN 1.4435 BN2, and DIN EN 10088-3. In addition, the valve bodies comply with the requirements of the ASME BPE-2009 DT-V. EPDM and TM Diaphragms comply to the applicable regulatory issues required by the FDA 21CFR177 and USP Class VI biological reactivity testing requirements. The interior surface of the valve body is provided with an electro-polish over a mechanical 20 micro-inch Ra (max). The interior finish complies with the applicable sections of the ASME-BPE 2009 part SF. The Element piston driven actuator design enables the easy integration of switch packages and control modules whether they are electrical or optical position feedback. In addition positioners and controllers as well as communication protocols are available upon request.
